This compact studio apartment was transformed using Scandinavian design principles to create a space that feels both cozy and spacious. The client, a design enthusiast, wanted a home that would be functional for everyday living while reflecting their appreciation for craftsmanship and natural materials.
The design features a light color palette with warm wood accents, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Custom-built furniture maximizes the limited square footage, with multifunctional pieces that adapt to different needs throughout the day. Textiles add texture and warmth, while carefully selected lighting creates ambiance and highlights architectural features. The result is a harmonious space that feels much larger than its actual dimensions.
