About This Project
This office redesign for a creative agency focused on creating a workspace that would inspire creativity, facilitate collaboration, and support employee wellbeing. The client wanted to move away from traditional cubicles to a more flexible environment that would adapt to different work styles and team configurations.
The design features an open floor plan with various zones for different activities: focused work, collaborative sessions, casual meetings, and relaxation. Biophilic elements, including abundant plants and natural materials, connect employees to nature and improve air quality. Acoustic solutions were carefully integrated to manage noise levels in the open space. The furniture selection prioritized ergonomics and adaptability, with height-adjustable desks and a variety of seating options throughout the space.
