About This Project
This coastal villa was designed to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living while maximizing the stunning ocean views. The clients, a couple who loves entertaining, wanted a home that would feel luxurious yet relaxed, with spaces that could accommodate both large gatherings and intimate moments.
The architecture features clean lines and a horizontal emphasis that complements the coastal landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the ocean, while sliding glass doors open to expansive terraces that extend the living space outdoors. The material palette includes local stone, weathered wood, and other durable materials that can withstand the coastal environment while aging beautifully over time. Sustainability features include solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and passive cooling strategies that reduce energy consumption.
